You retain ownership of all content you create in Pedal Notes, including student information, reports, and notes. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store and share information about your students.

Pedal Notes offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We strive to keep Pedal Notes available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Pedal Notes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You may stop using Pedal Notes at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Pedal Notes after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
